Bombay Impex ("Company", "we", "us") is a registered perfume brand based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

Orders & payments
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock, with a full refund issued promptly.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (select pin codes only).
Al Abrar reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Product descriptions

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual fragrance scent, bottle colour, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to photography lighting and display settings. Such minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose including but not limited to fraud or misrepresentation.
