Return window
7-day return policy — You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Eligible return conditions
Product received in damaged or broken condition due to transit handling.
Product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item shipped by us).
Product has a manufacturing defect such as a faulty spray pump or leaking bottle.
Product is unopened and unused with all original packaging, seal, and box intact.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used, or partially consumed perfume bottles regardless of reason.
Products returned without original packaging, outer box, or factory seal.
Items purchased during sale events or with discount codes (unless defective).
Gift hampers that have been opened, tampered with, or partially used.
Return process — step by step

Contact us within 7 days
Email returns@alabrar.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Approval confirmation
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility. You will receive a return approval email with detailed instructions.

Ship the product back
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse address. Share the return tracking number with us once dispatched.

Refund processed
Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
