Domestic shipping
We ship pan-India to all states and union territories including remote pin codes via our trusted courier partners.
International shipping
Currently available to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and select Gulf countries. Contact us for availability and rates.

Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation on business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking link once dispatched.
During festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days due to high volume.

Delivered
Your fragrance arrives in secure, gift-ready packaging. A delivery confirmation notification is sent to your registered email.
Important notes
Ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
If a delivery attempt fails twice, the package is returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
Al Abrar is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
All perfume shipments comply with IATA dangerous goods regulations applicable to fragrance and alcohol-based products.
